Mock Live Class: Managing Innovation in Healthcare Delivery Processes with Ujjal Mukherjee
Join us for an inside look at a course within a new graduate certificate and focus area in the Gies iMBA: Healthcare Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship. Developed through a cutting-edge collaboration between Gies College of Business and Carle Illinois College of Medicine—with support from Mayo Clinic and Siebel Center for Design—these courses are built for professionals ready to lead change in healthcare.
In this session, we will discuss managing innovation in healthcare delivery settings. Healthcare is increasingly becoming technology-enabled, with advanced integration, detection, and treatment technologies being used at every stage of the care continuum. In particular, artificial intelligence has the potential to significantly improve efficiency and precision in healthcare delivery.
We will explore different aspects of managing technology innovation within the healthcare supply chain to help bridge the widening gap between healthcare demand and availability—a disparity contributing to global health inequities. These concepts will be grounded in practical, real-world examples from across the industry.
