Join the Gies Online recruitment team and current faculty member, Fataneh Taghaboni-Dutta, clinical professor of business administration, who teaches core courses in the iMSM and iMBA programs. We will explore the iMBA program while we have a conversation explaining what iMBA courses are all about, Fataneh's approach to online teaching, what successful iMBA students look like and what Professor Taghaboni-Dutta's other interests are. Fataneh Taghaboni-Dutta is a clinical professor of business administration, a position she has held since 2009. Her teaching interests lie in the area of operations and process management, including product development and design; operation and technology strategy; and project management, where she is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She focuses her research on integration of technology with management and on process improvement. Her current research priority is on the development and deployment of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology in manufacturing and global supply chain. Taghaboni-Dutta has earned three degrees in industrial engineering from Purdue University: a BS in 1983, an MS in 1986, and a PhD in 1989. She currently teaches BADM 572 Stats and BADM 589 Project Management in the iMBA and iMSM programs at Gies.
