Prior to joining Gies in 2015\, her industry experience spanned a variety of positions\, includ ing bank president\, CEO\, investor(owner)\, board member\, commercial len der\, and risk analyst. In addition to her banking experience\, Chatterton worked in public accounting in both auditing and taxation as a licensed C PA in both Illinois and North Carolina.
